Apple Watch Ultra 2 Review: Still The Best Smartwatch Around, Despite Lack Of New Features
First of all, congratulations on all the reviews of the latest Apple products. They're not the best AI, I think they're the best reflexes. You really take the time to research what's new and what's not, considering the pros and cons.
As an Ultra 1 owner, my biggest surprise with the V2 was that Apple made no progress in improving battery life, even with the new chip. (This is, as stated, a brand new clock chip for several generations - I believe 5, 6, 7 and 8 were subversions - if anything - of the same chip). life is the best Apple Watch and presents no problem for everyday use, which was (and still is) the Ultra's biggest disadvantage compared to its competitors in the Ultra Adventure watch market. I think the much better battery life was the reason for the update for adventure types, not to mention new sales for those who missed out on the Ultra 1.
One of the disappointments of the Ultra 1 was the lack of a watch that took full advantage of its larger screen. What's the point of an extra screen if you're not going to use it? Well, Apple has finally introduced the new Modular, the first and only watch to use all large Ultra displays, although as you point out the use of full-screen mode is limited because it has to be opened. I wish Apple put more effort into the Ultra's full-screen bezels.
I also thought the Ti version of Apple's SS Link line was a no-brainer for this year's Ultra 2, and that was another disappointment. It appears to be a very expensive and profitable accessory sold by Apple, and I'm a little surprised they left it to Nomad and Sandmarc, who also order it all the time. You are welcome? Without Apple's involvement, I chose the Nomad, which looks better than the image above, as if Apple paired it with the Ultra in one box.
