Samsung Leak Exposes New Galaxy S24+ Design Changes
Samsung's Galaxy S24 flagship phone family is expected to launch in early 2024, but the latest Galaxy S24+ leaks reveal a new design language that the South Korean company is bringing to market. Our best look at the flagship comes from @OnLeaks' Steve Hemmerstoffer in collaboration with GizNext. In addition to 360-degree videos, we now also have 5K display and volume on the Galaxy S24+.
It's worth noting that Samsung will use a 6.7-inch flat screen on the Galaxy S24+ and keep that flat look on the back of the phone (without a camera lens, of course). We have a flat and angular smartphone with a rear edge on the sides and rounded corners, albeit with a small radius.
The main camera consists of three lenses, and they are independent - no island, no bar, no induction hob-style arrangement in a large circle. It is separated by three lenses, three separately raised circles and an offset built-in LED flash.
We don't have any details about the camera system, sensors, lenses or software. It will no doubt still be a work in progress, but with release not expected until February 2024 (although there are rumors of a possible early January event), we all have time to optimize the software (and no doubt its details) ) camera subsystems will emerge over time). .
Hemmerstoffer and Sarkar also point out that the new design language of the S24 family resulted in a new mode for the ultra-wideband antenna. Due to its large bandwidth, UWB is versatile for transmitting data over very short distances. It is a great tool for determining the relative locations of connected devices and works well with geolocation signals and connected devices.
As Samsung becomes the largest Android phone maker in the US, the company will try to set the standard in early 2024 to maintain that dominance.
