Krawczyk also confirmed that his party plans to get him to Europe as soon as possible. But if you can't wait, you can pre-load Gemini in many of these regions.

I was able to download Gemini on my Pixel 8 Pro in India and everything worked as expected. I can wake it up by holding the power button or by saying "Hey Google." However, you still cannot download Gemini officially from the Google Play Store in India.
Meanwhile, many others have reported being able to access Gemini Android in European countries. A user in Germany can download a parallel version and make it work in English. The APK also works for users in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Poland, Canada and many other countries. However, some people are still unable to enable voice response in the app. This wasn't an issue in our case, but we have seen reports of users having to click on the speaker icon to get verbal results.
So, you can wait a little longer for Google to officially release the Gemini app in your region, or if you want to check it out now, you can try your luck by installing the APK. Either way, you won't have to wait long for the Gemini app to appear on your Android device.
