The company will showcase a collection of augmented reality toys at MWC, including augmented reality glasses and a robot dog. During the event Tecno will also launch the new Pova series smartphone. It also features universal dial tone technology and an improved foldable phone.
Tecno announced in a press release on Tuesday, February 6 that it will showcase the company's latest designs and technologies at this year's MWC. The event will feature the Dynamic 1 robot dog, augmented reality glasses and games for Windows Mobile. Dynamic 1 features artificial intelligence and German Shepherd-inspired features. It is said to be able to intuitively understand commands and perform specific actions.
Techno's first Windows AR mobile gaming device is called Pocket Go and combines augmented reality glasses with a wearable device. It is said to have a lightweight and portable design. Additionally, the Tecno Pova 6 Pro 5G smartphone will be launched globally at MWC 2024 in Barcelona. The event will showcase the company's future AI and AR technologies, Universal Tone technology, new concepts, and more.
Tecno is expected to launch its first foldable phone, Phantom Ultima, at the event. In September 2022, the brand presented a prototype of the Phantom Ultimate with a rotating screen. The phone has a 6.55-inch screen that expands to 7.11 inches with the push of a button and takes the shape of a small tablet. The Tecno Phantom Ultimate features a low-temperature rotating polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) and thin-film transistor (TFT) display developed by CSOT.
