Vivo X90 has three rear cameras
The Vivo X90 made its debut in China last month alongside the Vivo X90 Pro and Vivo X90 Pro+. Now, the Vivo X80 successor has been spotted on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) certification website, indicating an expected launch in other global markets including India. The phone has been identified with the model number V2218. It is also reported to support Bluetooth v5.3 connectivity. The Vivo X90 is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC and has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It features a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor and a 4810mAh battery.
The Bluetooth SIG site lists the Vivo smartphone with the model number V2218. This model number is related to the Vivo X90 thanks to various listings from other certification sites that have previously appeared online. The listing includes December 2 as the release date and indicates that the phone will support Bluetooth v5.3.
It should be noted that the company has not disclosed any plans to launch Vivo X90 in India.
Vivo X90 was launched in China last month alongside Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro and Vivo X90 Pro+. The base model's starting price is CNY 3,699 (roughly Rs. 42,000) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model.
It runs OriginOS 3 based on Android 13 and sports a 6.78-inch (1260x2800 pixels) AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9200 SoC coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and Mali-G715 GPU.
Vivo X90 is equipped with a triple rear camera with the Vivo V2 image processing chip. The camera unit includes a 50MP main sensor, 12MP secondary sensor and a 12MP ultra-wide camera. 32MP selfie camera, UFS 4.0 internal storage up to 512GB are other key features of this phone. The 4810mAh battery supports 120W fast charging.
