OPPO Find N2 Specs Look Very Promising: Leak

OPPO Find N2 is OPPO's new foldable smartphone. OPPO Find N is a very attractive smartphone and its successor is expected to be released in the near future. Find N2 specs have been leaked online and they look very promising.

OPPO Find N2 specs look very promising to say the least

According to information provided by a well-known Chinese digital chat station, OPPO Find N2 will have a 7.1-inch main screen. It will be a Samsung E6 display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Here we are looking at a resolution of 1920 x 1792.

The external display will have a diagonal of 5.54 inches and a resolution of 2120 x 1080. It will also be a Samsung E6 panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. This will be a big improvement over the OPPO Find N, where the external display offers a 60Hz refresh rate.

However, this smartphone is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. This is one of the best chips that Qualcomm has released in recent years. It not only offers excellent performance, but also has great power consumption. It is still technically the most powerful chip on the market since the recently announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

A 4520 mAh battery is also mentioned, which is slightly larger than the 4500 mAh capacity of the OPPO Find N. Apparently, this smartphone will also offer 67W fast wired charging. Wireless charging will not be supported.

On the back, there will be three Hasselblad-powered cameras.

The rear panel will use a 50 MP main camera (Sony IMX890 sensor, OIS). A 48MP ultra-wide-angle camera (Sony IMX581 sensor, 114° field of view) will also be included, as well as a 32MP telephoto lens (Sony IMX709 sensor, 2x optical zoom). The picture will be Hasselblad and MariSilicon X ISP.

A 32 MP selfie camera will be placed both on the main screen and on the lid. Another notable improvement over the original model concerns thickness. The initial thickness when folded was 15.9mm, and the thickness was 14.6mm. When open, it will be very smooth.

It will be much easier than the original.

The original OPPO Find N was quite heavy. It weighs 275 grams, which is heavier than the Galaxy Z Fold 4. Well, its successor will be much lighter at 233/237 grams. The vegan leather back version weighs 233 grams, while the glass back model weighs 237 grams. Thus, OPPO Find N2 will be the lightest flip-book style phone on the market.
