In recent years, the Chinese manufacturer Vivo has made great progress in terms of cameras. The company has now launched the vivo X100 and X100 Pro smartphones and it looks like the brand is all set to return to the list of best camera phones.
Both phones have some features, namely MediaTek's new flagship Dimensity 9300 chipset, 6.78-inch LTPO 2800 x 1260 OLED display (3000 nits peak brightness), dual stereo speakers, IR blaster and IP68. rating But the Pro model is overall a better device on paper.
vivo X100 Pro. the most flexible camera system.
The X100 Pro has an impressive camera setup. Here's a triple rear camera system consisting of a one-inch 50-megapixel main camera (IMX989, f/1.75), a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera (IMX866, f/1.57) and a 50-megapixel 100mm periscope camera (~4, 1x, f/2.5) ). The Vivo Pro smartphone also offers some new camera-related features. vivo X100. What does the standard model offer?
While the standard phone makes some concessions to fit in at a lower price point. Starting with the cameras, the vivo X100 retains the old V2 imaging chip. The phone also has a smaller 50MP main camera (IMX920, f/1.57) and a 64MP 3x telephoto lens (f/2.57) instead of the 50MP 4x periscope.
However, both phones offer macro photography capabilities thanks to their telephoto lenses, which allow you to take macro photos from a distance compared to an ultra-wide camera. Speaking of the ultra-wide lens, there's a 50MP sensor here.

Vivo X100 Series Price and Availability
The Vivo X100 range is only available in China, with no official announcement of wider availability. The brand generally markets some or all of these phones in some countries outside of China. However, the company stopped sales in Germany after a patent dispute with Nokia.
