We all know the popularity of this Korean K-pop group and its members are famous all over the world. Two of the videos, Dynamite and Butter, have more views than the GTA 6 trailer.
Dynamite is a BTS song released in August 2020 and was watched 101.1 million times in the first 24 hours. Next is the video for the song Butter which was released in May 2021 and received 108 million views in the first 24 hours.
Before the GTA 6 trailer was released, a video by another K-pop group, BLACKPINK, was in third place. It launched in June 2020 and received more than 86 million views in 24 hours.
However, now the third position is occupied by the GTA 6 trailer which received more than 91 million views in 24 hours. So we can see that the popularity of GTA 6 certainly makes it the most anticipated GTA game.
If recent leaks hadn't spoiled the trailer, viewership might have been higher. As a result, the game studio had to release the trailer early in Europe and the Middle East until late at night.
