  • Images of the Galaxy A15 5G phone have leaked.
  • The phone looks similar to its predecessor, but may have thinner bezels.
  • The device is expected to launch soon at a price below $200.

Samsung has done a great job with the Galaxy A14 5G. We rated this budget device as one of the best flagships you can buy, with a powerful main camera, premium design, good battery life and, most importantly, a reasonable price. Samsung is now hoping to offer a winning smartphone with the Galaxy A15 5G.

The upcoming series of A Options budget offers have been leaked on Newzonly in collaboration with tipster Paras Guglani. The images show that the Galaxy A15 5G does not change much visually. It has the same rounded corners, a vertical triple camera setup on the back, and a U-shaped camera notch on the front. The screen bezels appear to be a bit thinner, but we can't confirm that as these aren't real photos.

According to leaks, the Galaxy A15 5G could be available in three colors: yellow, blue and black. We see the blue variant in the leaked renders.

In terms of specifications, the Galaxy A15 5G could hold a big surprise. A previous rumor suggested that the phone would have an OLED display, which would be a significant improvement over the Galaxy A14 5G's LCD panel. Unfortunately, the new leak does not confirm this. Simply put, the A15 5G will have a Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate.

It now appears that Samsung is once again opting for the MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus SoC. The mid-range octa-core chipset was announced earlier this year and supports 6GHz 5G (no mmWave here).

Other specifications of the Galaxy A15 5G may include 128GB internal storage expandable up to 1TB, 50MP + 5MP + 2MP rear camera setup, 13MP selfie camera, 5,000mAh battery and a 25MP fast charging cable. The phone is expected to be priced below $200.
