A new (and arguably final) Android 14 beta update has been released today, dubbed Android 14 Beta 5.2. This is the second update of the 5-bit version (the first one here) as Google prepares us for Android 14 stable.
This new Android 14 beta fixes 9 bugs including the stuck restart issue. Other than that, most of the fixes affect the Pixel Fold and Pixel Tablet, two large-screen devices that have special features or layouts not found on a regular phone. Google is doing its best to improve Android 14 on its foldable and tablet devices.

What's new in Android 14 beta 5.2?
- Fixed several issues that sometimes caused devices to freeze on reboot.
- Fixed issues that could disrupt cellular connectivity for devices using the new E-UTRAN – Dual Connection (ENDC) radio when those devices were connected via the 5G NR low band.
- Fixed an issue on Pixel Fold and Pixel Tablet that caused the fingerprint sensor to become unresponsive in some cases.
- Fixed an issue on Pixel Fold devices that caused Perfect Tracking data to be incomplete.
- Fixed an issue on Pixel Fold devices with stuttering animations when viewing or tapping the current call notification.
- Fixed an issue on Pixel Fold devices that caused the system UI to sometimes crash after using the fingerprint sensor.
- Fixed an issue on Pixel Fold devices where the screen would sometimes flicker briefly when the device was opened.
- Fixed an issue on Pixel tablets where the color bar would sometimes appear or flicker after unlocking the device.
- Fixed an issue on Pixel tablets that caused the system to play incorrect sounds when a device is connected or disconnected.
