Xiaomi Confirms Redmi Note 12 Series To Launch In India Soon
Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi Note 12 series, which was launched in China in October and soon in India.
The company took to Twitter to confirm the launch of the Redmi Note 12 series in India.
On the occasion of the eighth anniversary of the Redmi Note series in India, Xiaomi recently said that 72 million Note series smartphones have been shipped in India and the series has reached 300 million sales worldwide.
The Redmi Note 12 series launched in China adds the Redmi Note 12 5G, Redmi Note 12 5G Explorer Edition, Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G to the mix.
According to the tipsters, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ will be one of the Note 12 series devices to be launched in India. There is no concrete information from Xiaomi at the moment, but we expect the Redmi Note 12 5G, Note 12 Pro 5G and Note 12 Pro+ 5G to arrive in the country. Additionally, the Redmi Note 12 Pro + 5G could debut as the most expensive Note series smartphone in the country so far.[Exclusive] I can confirm that the Redmi Note 12 series is coming to India soon.
The Indian variant of the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ will have a 200-megapixel primary camera.

Specifications of the Redmi Note 12 Pro series
The Redmi Note 12 Pro+ is powered by a MediaTek Dimension 1080 processor along with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The Note 12 Pro+ features a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate that can be switched between 30Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz and 120Hz. The panel supports DCI-P3, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and 10-bit color. This phone runs MIUI 13 based on Android 12.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro+ is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 120V fast charging. In terms of optics, the Remi Note 12 Pro+ 5G gets a triple camera setup with a 200MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide unit, and a 2MP macro lens. The main camera can record videos in resolutions up to 8K at 30 frames per second and 4K at 120 frames per second. On the front panel there is a 16 MP camera for selfies.
The Redmi Note 12 Pro has the same chip, screen, software and battery. However, there are some differences in download speed and appearance. For example, the charging speed is reduced to 67 W. The 200-megapixel sensor of the "Pro+" model has also been replaced with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main sensor with OIS.
